A self-taught chef who began his career washing dishes at age 14, Cappello rose through the ranks in some of the country’s most respected kitchens, including Brasserie Perrier, The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta, and The Moshulu. He has worked alongside culinary icons such as Georges Perrier and Master Chef Jack Shoop, bringing a blend of classical technique and bold creativity to every plate. Known for his expertise in charcuterie, barbecue, saucier work, and team building, Cappello has led numerous kitchens as Executive Chef, opened acclaimed restaurants, and appeared in national and regional media. Today, he brings his signature mix of precision, mentorship, and passion to every service.
